Understanding the Challenge
The brief called for a professional website that presents Voltspace as a technology-focused brand and communicates its expertise in smart hospitality. The visual direction needed to convey technical credibility while remaining approachable for hotel owners and business decision-makers.
Voltspace’s solutions involve technical concepts that may be unfamiliar to hotel owners, including PoE infrastructure, local AI processing, and connected room systems. The challenge was to explain how these technologies work together without overwhelming visitors with technical detail. The website needed to connect these capabilities to practical hotel priorities, such as minimizing disruption during upgrades, protecting guest privacy, and improving everyday operations and guest comfort.

Establishing the Visual Direction
As a new brand introduced in the second half of 2026, Voltspace needed a clear visual direction for its website. I met with the company owner to discuss the brand’s personality and explore colors that could communicate a professional, technology-focused identity. We chose green as the primary brand color for its associations with energy efficiency and sustainability, reflecting Voltspace’s focus on smarter energy use in hotels. This became the foundation for the website’s visual design.
Structuring the Website Around Visitor Needs
I organized the website into five main pages: Home, Solutions, Why Us, Guest Experience, and About Us. Each page serves a distinct purpose, helping visitors move from an introduction to the brand toward understanding its technology, business benefits, and applications in hotel environments.
Making Technical Information Accessible
I refined and reorganized technical content into focused sections with concise headings and supporting visuals. Comparisons such as “The Old Way vs. Our Way” helped explain differences in installation, data processing, and system flexibility, making complex concepts easier for hotel owners to understand.
Enhancing the Experience Through Motion
I incorporated scroll-triggered animations throughout the website, including animated counters, image transitions, and text reveals. These interactions add visual interest while guiding visitors through the content, emphasizing key information, and making complex technical concepts easier to follow.
Connecting Technology to the Guest Experience
Alongside the technical explanations, I used hotel imagery and guest-focused content to show how the solutions relate to everyday stays. This connected the underlying technology to tangible experiences, such as room comfort and intuitive controls, while keeping the website relevant to hotel decision-makers.

With the website completed, work is continuing on supporting visual assets for the new brand. I recommended developing clear explainer videos to introduce the technology, show how the solutions are implemented, and demonstrate the smart hotel experience in context.
I also identified the need for dedicated graphics that explain how PoE differs from conventional systems and how the components work together. These images and videos are still being designed and produced, with the aim of making the website’s technical content more accessible and concrete.
